Under the federal No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of non-emergency healthcare services.

Good Faith Estimates are based on the anticipated services discussed at the time of the request. Actual charges may vary depending on clinical needs, membership level selected, and services provided.
