Grant Barnett, MNSc, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Owner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Barnett Wellness Clinic

I was born and raised in Fouke, Arkansas, and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2015 to begin my undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. That move opened the door to both my education and my career. I earned my BSN at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, completed my master’s degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and began my work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a focus on care that is thoughtful, patient centered, and grounded in genuine connection.

My family is the center of my life. My wife, Katie, and our daughter are the reason we are moving back home, and the steady reminder of what matters most. They are the light of my world and the driving force behind the way I practice and the environment I want this clinic to reflect.

Barnett Wellness Clinic was built to offer care that feels personal and accessible. As a concierge, direct pay practice, it allows me to spend more time with each patient, remove unnecessary barriers, and provide support that is flexible, responsive, and tailored to each person’s needs. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a broader understanding of physical and emotional wellness.

Outside the clinic, I spend as much time as I can outdoors. I love duck hunting, and my two golden retrievers are never far from my side. I’m also passionate about learning and constantly explore new books, podcasts, and long-form YouTube content that challenge me to grow in my personal and professional life.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: help people feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward lasting wellness.
